In recent years we have invested heavily in both Mazak and Doosan 5 axis CNC milling and machining capabilities. Their versatility means they can be used for high accuracy CNC machining in a single setup.
Full simultaneous 5 axis machining helps us reduce the number of operations required on parts, which in turn helps with lead times and excellent prices. We have the 5 axis capabilities to produce small, medium and large complex components in a wide range of material grade options, such as titanium, aluminium alloys, stainless steels, Inconel, copper, brass, alloy steels and engineering plastics.
