CNC Multi Tasking Machining

Metaltech Precision has partnered with world leading machine tool manufacturers ‘Mazak’. In recent years we have invested heavily in the latest Mazak multi-tasking CNC machining equipment, including our most recent acquisition of the Integrex i400S giving us 4 specialised Integrex machines onsite.

These machines have enabled us to offer the perfect solution to meet the various needs of the challenging markets we work within. We now have the capacity to deliver highly complex medium to large sized parts with an incredible amount of precision and efficiency. Complex parts can now be produced in one hit and can dramatically reduce lead times on difficult to machine parts.

We offer a rapid response service on multi axis machining of complex parts needed fast in a diverse range of materials, including exotics. These extensive facilities enable us to offer cost effective components to the exceptionally high standard that our customers have come to expect from us.
